Start

Start. Launch. Go. Do it. If you don't, you'll be left behind. And where you can, plan enough so that if you fail, you fail gracefully and cheaply. 

I'd been thinking about doing this -- starting up a new personal website -- for the longest time. And I kept not doing it, because of perceived hurdles. The most important was that I wanted the new site to be perfect, as though a personal website were a department store flagship holding a grand opening. I wanted it to be complete and mirror-polished.

When the perfect is the enemy of the good, it's time to make the minimum viable product, then iterate. Live, grow, and keep trying.  

So I'm starting. Things will be moving and changing for some time to come as I migrate/update older content from elsewhere piecemeal, and write new stuff as it suits me.
